- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs parsley, dill, or cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Shred the zucchinis and transfer them to a clean kitchen towel.
