- 4 cups Bread Sourdough, Whole Wheat, Ciabatta, or Gluten-Free
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Aquafaba
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Herbs e.g., rosemary, thyme, or parsley
- Salt & Pepper: To taste
Optional:
- 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast or Smoked Paprika
Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes. If not stale, let it dry for a few hours.
In a bowl, toss bread cubes with oil (or aquafaba), garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
